BGE is pledging $15 million to assist Maryland's small businesses with COVID-19 relief and recovery. Eligible businesses located in BGE's service area can apply for BGE Energizing Small Business Grants of $20,000. This grant program is part of BGE's comprehensive Customer Relief and Energy Infrastructure Investment Plan, designed to help the state’s economic recovery from the pandemic.

California Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant

The program provides competitive micro grants of $2,500 to eligible microbusinesses impacted by COVID-19 and the related health and safety restrictions. This program will be implemented by County organizations or nonprofits working on their behalf.

California Paid Family Leave Grant


Grants for small businesses in California with 1-100 employees who have at least one (1) employee utilizing California’s Paid Family Leave program (on or after June 1, 2022). Funding up to $2000.

Columbus, GA - ARP Small Business Grant Program


The City of Columbus ARP-Business Grant Program will assist small businesses in Columbus that have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Colorado Business Foundations Technical Assistance Program


The Business Foundations Technical Assistance Program provides technical assistance and small grants to Colorado small businesses to help businesses legally establish themselves. Conyers Georgia Small Business Grant

LA County’s Department of Economic Opportunity offers more than $54 million in grants to the business and nonprofit community. Empire State Development Corp.’s COVID-19 Capital Costs Tax Credit Program


Individual businesses in New York can apply for tax credits of up to $25,000, which may cover up to half of qualified, pandemic-related expenses. Qualifying expenses include supplies or upgrades related to health and safety, including disinfectants, new HVAC equipment, touchless kiosks, and outdoor-space expansions.

Enhance Broomfield


The City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, is offering a one-time grant of up to $7,500 to eligible Broomfield businesses to help you adapt to the new normal brought about by COVID-19. Fort Worth, TX - Small Business Accessibility Grant


The AFWF SBA Grant supports small business owners, and their employees, with funds to offset or cover fees associated with accessibility, connectivity, and mobility, in advancing the business owner’s professional capacity, business awareness, regulatory compliance, or revenue potential. Main Street, NJ Lenders Grant


The Main Street Lenders Grant provides grants to eligible micro business lenders, which the lenders can use to create new loan micro business loan products or supplement existing micro business loan products. Lenders can also qualify for additional grant funding to provide technical assistance to micro businesses, to better prepare these businesses to qualify for loan products. The maximum amount that any eligible entity may apply for under the Main Street Lenders Grant $1.5 million ($1 million lending grant and $500,000 technical assistance grant).

Orlando Retail Stimulus Program


Does your retail business seek to achieve a high-quality interior buildout and/or cover rent expenses? Applicants are eligible to receive up to $75,000 or 50% of the total cost of Tenant Improvements, whichever is less. Applicants are also able to receive a one-time award of up to $25,000 to cover rent expenses. Rent abatement payments will be made quarterly, i.e. a business would receive up to $6,250 a quarter for a total of $25,000. Sidewalk Café Incentive Program - Downtown Orlando


This program is designed to encourage downtown businesses to enhance their outdoor sidewalk café spaces to promote a lively, vibrant, and consistent streetscape. Northglenn, CO Business Utility Assistance Grant


This program is available to new or existing businesses in the Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority area. Its purpose is to provide assistance with upgrades necessary related to water, wastewater and storm water system upgrade costs. The property owner is allowed to receive reimbursement for up to 50 percent of the cost of the improvement with a maximum reimbursement of $12,500 or $13,750 if a Northglenn contractor is used for the improvements.

Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Fund


Pennsylvania has created a $61 million fund to provide working capital loans of up to $100,000 directly to small businesses and hopefully nonprofits (those that employ 100 or fewer persons). The interest rate is currently 3%, however the PIDA board has the authority to adjust the interest rates and so it is possible the board will act to lower rates to as low as 0%. The program will be administered by the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA).
